A company says a great deal about itself. Here are the sentences we removed from our own materials, and what we say instead.
No one is “GDPR compliant” in the abstract: you are, or are not, with respect to a given processing operation, and it is demonstrated through documents — impact assessment, register, technical measures. We therefore claim no label.
What we do say: processing is entirely local, no data is transmitted to Audioris or to any third party, and you remain the data controller for your records.
That was false. The database is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and integration testing is under way. The audio recordings and exported reports are not yet.
What we do say: what is encrypted is encrypted; what is not yet is named as such — and until then, enable FileVault or BitLocker.
A superlative with no measure. Maximum compared to what, measured how? We replaced the heading with a question that can be answered.
What we do say: where your data goes — and the answer fits in one word: nowhere.
The voice-over in our video still says “GDPR compliant”. It was recorded before this decision. We would rather write it here than quietly re-record it — the subtitles have been corrected.
We promise only what we can show. Our roadmap lists only what is funded, and what is under development is named as such.
